In a nutshell, when we are disconnected from our mind, body and soul, our ability to feel and name our emotions is compromised. This is a result of being unrooted and detached from our emotions. We can experience fatigue, anxiety, stress, sadness and the sypthoms of depression.
When we ignore the first sypthoms that shows us something goes wrong and we keep going and there’s a lot going on physically and a lot brewing emotionally by the time we can exepreinec physical symthoms such as panic attacks or pain or even sympthoms of an illness.
